  Additional activities and fun together at hotel vallonia
  After a day of meetings, it's time to relax and have some fun together! Choose an activity or program, either indoors or outdoors. We are happy to tailor the program to your preferences and assist with reservations.
  
  Activities at the hotel or nearby
  
  All programs can be tailored individually. The price is €150/hour/instructor (plus VAT). The price applies to groups of approximately 10–15 people (groups of more than 15 people are priced separately) and are carried out in cooperation with the Vaasa region arenas. An additional fee for equipment in certain activities may apply.

- VALLONIA GAMES
  Friendly competition | duration max 2 hours
  
  A playful competition with teamwork and various fun challenges! Vallonia Games can be held indoors or outdoors, with activities such as Mölkky (Finnish skittles), orienteering, boot throwing, blowpipe shooting, and more. The team with the most points wins!
- LET´S DANCE
  60 min
  
  Enjoy great music while having fun together! A lively and energizing dance session that boosts your mood. (Room reservation required.)
- NORDIC WALKING
  60 min.
  
  Explore the scenic surroundings of Sepänkylä with a guided Nordic walking session. Poles are included.
- PAUSGYMNASTIK
  30 min (även möjligt att utföras på distans)
  
  En liten paus i mötet kan . Pausgympan kan göras flexibelt i olika utrymmen, och kräver inga träningskläder. Pausgympan uppfriskar sinnet, ökar blodcirkulationen och förbättrar koncentrationen. Det är även möjligt att beställa käppgympa eller avslappningsövningar till mötesutrymmet, passar också för större grupper
- LÖP- ELLER GÅNGSKOLA
  60–75 min.
  
  Löp- eller gångskola, med start från Hotel Vallonias lobby. Väderreservation. Stiglöpning är även möjlig.
- LUGN JOGA
  60 min.
  
  En varsam träning, som ökar rörligheten och gör både kropp och sinne mer avslappnat. Denna träningsform passar för personer i alla konditionsnivåer. Priset för utrymmet och för instruktören ges separat.
- AQUA FITNESS
  45 min.
  
  Enjoy an instructor-led water aerobics session with music.
  
  Choose between Latin rhythms or Finnish pop hits. (Swimming pool entrance fee applies.)
- SNOWSHOE EXCURSION
  60 min.
  
  Explore the winter landscapes of Sepänkylä on a guided snowshoe hike. Departing from Hotel Vallonia’s lobby. (Weather-appropriate clothing required. Equipment rental fee applies. Max group size: 15 people.)
- SOUND BOWL RELAXATION SESSION
  45 min. (Pricing upon request)
- STYLING SESSION
  60 min.
  
  Examples include a scarf styling workshop or makeup guidance. (Pricing upon request.)
- SWIMMING AND RELAXATION AT THE POOL AREA
  
  Enjoy the pool area, featuring a 25m swimming pool with 4 lanes, hot tubs, special showers, a cold plunge, children's pool, saunas, and more. (Swimming hall entrance fee applies.)
